If you have been enabled to do so, you can accept or decline bidding rostered shifts directly from WorkZone on your smartphone.
Once you log in to WorkZone you can view these shifts from the 'Next Shift' section on the Home Screen.
If the 'bidding' shift is your next rostered shift it will appear on the Home Screen as per the below screenshot. This will also include the date, time and location of the shift:
If the 'bidding' shift is NOT your next rostered shift you will need to tap on the 'Next Shift' section, where you will see a list of all the shifts available to you for bidding in a weekly view. You have the option to 'Decline all' the shifts at once if you are unavailable to work the shifts:
To accept a bidding shift you will need to tap on the shift tile where you have the options to either 'Accept' or 'Decline' the shift:
If you accept the shift it will no longer appear as a bidding shift:
The accepted shift will also appear under the 'Assigned' tab:
If you decline a bidding shift, the shift will simply disappear from your shift view.
