This walkthrough video explains the rostering feature, including how to view your roster, decline shifts (where applicable) and set your own unavailability meaning communication between you and your manager is so much easier.
Please note Rostering used to be called Scheduling, hence the reference in the video to the Schedule rather than Roster.
There has also been a 'makeover' on the employee portal since this video was made. All functionality is the same but options may look different to those in the video.
